Waiting for Dell’s computer help

I got a message from Digital Solutions. Tei said he found an OEM product ID which I can try. He’ll remote in and try it if needed. He also mentioned that it won’t be “official” but it’s worth a try. I told him tomorrow since I’m off and will have time. He also said if that doesn’t work I’ll likely have to buy a retail product ID. Okay…

I am still waiting to call Dell to see what they have to offer.
