Fixed Those Sagging Vinyl Gates
Both the front and back fence gates have gradually started sagging over the years, something expected with vinyl gates… all gates really. I’ve had to reposition the latch bars to get them to catch properly but as the gates keep sagging more and more the latch keeps slowly misaligning and getting hard to close the gates without either lifting the gate up a bit or just slamming them shut.…

More Garage Door issues
was opening the small garage door this morning, and some wire snapped. Here we go again with the goddamned garage doors! It looks like a thin wire embedded in the rubber ‘chain’ band that retracts and extends the door between the door itself and the motor’s gear. I assume it’s an embedded wire in the rubber to maintain the tension of the band or else the rubber alone may flex as it gets older?…

Rat damage fix!
The garage door for the small garage has been malfunctioning for almost a month now since rats chewed thru some wires, and the door won’t remotely close.
