Pics of the yard prep I had to do to get ready for Arthur Galang and his gang to build out the porch and a new lanai, and an extended garage.

Mom had a back porch extension built between her back porch and detached garage, and then had a cement deck poured. Arthur’s (Galang) group did the work.

We hired a tree removal guy to remove the palms we had in the inside back yard so we could clear the yard for building a lanai and third car garage. The guy uprooted and took the trees for his church instead of trashing them.

We painted the interior of the house… finally no all white (eggshell or something it was) walls and a less “sterile” looking atmosphere. Yeah, more lived in look and feel…

I took some pics of the yard before we embark on having the lanai and extended garage built.
