Sabrina (Cruz) Sablan has been in town since last Sunday. Her daughter Cammie had her wedding here in Hawaii yesterday. Lou did a bit of running around with Sabrina prepping. Unfortunately we didn’t take photos of our own at the festivities.

We had Tim Lujan’s son Jose, his wife Joelle (Perez), their son, Tim’s daughter Timmysha and her son Nick, over for dinner. Justin, Rachelle and the girls came. Ayesha and Miguel were here. Francis ‘Chaka’ Leon Guerrero came thru, stopped by for 4 days, arrived Tuesday 10/15 left this afternoon,on his way back to Kansas from Saipan/Guam. Was great sitting around and BSing while drinking beer, chesa’ing sashimi and whatnot, catching up, and doing that rundown of all the people we knew from the old days and where they are, etc..…

Compadre Suriel Martinez flew in to visit for a week 9/25 to 10/1. I played primary tourguide. He hasn’t been here in 26 years, so there were a lot of everyday Oahu changes for him to check out. But Holy shit it was a blast from the past… and that was my liver talking!!! I drank more beer in the 7 days Suriel was here than I’ve drank in the last year.…

Brandon (Leandra) McGuire’s daughter Peyton flew in this past Sunday. Lou and I picked her up from the airport at about 1:30pm. We went to the NEX to get a bite to eat before going home. Brandon and Leandra were vacationing on the Big Island and then came in on Monday to finish their vacay on Oahu. Everytime Leandra and fam visit Hawaii they’re pretty much self sufficient and don’t need tourguides to get around.…
