Joe’s funeral was Friday. Last respects was scheduled from 9am to noon, and it was a long morning. I ended up using Peaches’ camera and taking pictures. Mass was at noon, and then we processioned to the Veteran’s Cemetery in Piti.

Pop Salas passed in June 2010, and Mom this past Nov. We escorted them both on their final journey back home to Guam. Funeral mass for Mom at Mangilao Church, then interment of both Mom and Pop was at Pigo Cemetery.
We had Pop’s funeral services at Our Lady of Perpetual Help church in Ewa Beach. The military honors was a very nice touch. On the Guam side, they had a memorial mass at Mangilao Church at 1pm.
