We had a small gathering at the house for dinner with Jeff and Amber and family in from Italy. It was nice.
4th of July Dinner
Some pics Robert took this evening. He and Linda are staying at Kayleigh’s “in-laws'” place in Kapilina while they transition out of Hawaii back to Washington. We had dinner with them. Just Lou and me, and Norma.

Sabrina’s in town
Sabrina (Cruz) Sablan has been in town since last Sunday. Her daughter Cammie had her wedding here in Hawaii yesterday. Lou did a bit of running around with Sabrina prepping. Unfortunately we didn’t take photos of our own at the festivities.

Hafa Adai Ben and Rita! Ben sent this to me earlier today. I grew up with them. Lou and Rita were very close friends after high school, partners in crime. Rita was out maid of honor at our wedding.
Lunch with old Classmates
Sabrina is in town. The girls set up lunch for today at SXY Szechuan, a Chinese restaurant, at Ala Moana Shopping center. We were unfamiliar with exactly where this place was, and parking at Ala Moana was typical today… very crowded. We parked at the Macys end of the mauka side structure on the second level and wandered for a while thru the mall looking for this place.…

Not what it looks like
In the lanai sitting around drinking after some grinds with Robert and Linda , and Norma and her brother Joe (Carlos) over. Joe had brought over a bottle of Bulleit Rye, so we were drinking it with coke. I liked the smoothness, so I took a picture of it so I can pick up a bottle when I wanted to go look for it. It just so happened Rob was in the background in the pic, leaning to read something on his phone I think, and looked more like he was going down for the count.…
