(03/05/2022) Auto Generate Title installed, by author Jatinder Pal Singh. It’s in the plugin search but hasn’t been updated in 7 years, last tested with WP v4.1. But I can find no other plugin or add-on that does this function of adding/inserting a title automatically if none is entered.
