Mom has been wanting to have sidewalks built on both sides of her house, especially since grass on each side doesn’t grow well (not enough sunlight underneath the overhang). Today Tony Galang (Arthur’s brother) and his crew came over to start the prep and initial digging. I had to go over with boltcutters to cut off the rusted padlock on her back gate.
They’re going to re-do the sprinkler system in addition to pouring concrete for sidewalks. That’s good because that means they’ll be replacing the sprinkler heads, which I think is needed.
