All hurricane related warnings were called off late last night or this morning. Weather reporters repeatedly mentioned the storm’s track from the east kept “wobbling” as opposed to a straight line track. The straight line track projected it going right over the island chain. But as it turned out, the wobbly track took it ever so slightly north of us, with the outer bands encompassing us and turning out to be not a whole lot for most of the islands. The north facing sides of the islands saw rain and wind, and the seas whipping up the coastline a bit, but not too bad. We were spared.
