(1) registrations that are never subsequently logged into,
(2) registrations that appear not to have any tangible relationship or tie to my blog theme (Guam, our island music, relationship to me or family, etc.)…

I installed the Expire Users plugin (Version 1.2).
I changed the Captcha plugin for the reg, login, password reset, and comments user inputs . The one I’ve been using has been causing errors or interference with some other things. Funny, it used to be fine for the longest time as far as I can tell. Oh well…
I’ve been configuring the new platform and trying to get it to work and have similar features as this site. But… I’m done with it. Not because of the software itself, but because of . Rest in peace Nick, and sooner or later (looks to be sooner since the usership is thin already, many of the user foundation having bailed) PHP-Fusion.
Note to self: don’t look to fix what’s not actually broken.
So Orvis theme isn’t as mobile friendly and hasn’t been updated to be such. It works on a PC screen. I rarely have any crucial need to access the blog from my phone or other mobile device. Using another theme ultimately means tweaking so much to get stuff to display correctly in new layouts, modding themes, etc.,…

I guess the site needs a new theme in order to be “mobile friendly”. I lean toward dark themes so here goes the search for one. I’ve always structured my sites on a PC based view (old school is right) and rarely considered or gave much importance to tablet and phone display. That was back in the day.…
