I got slight cold/chills this afternoon, but went away without any real problems.

After coming home from the drive into town and finishing my medium orange dream machine drink, my stomach got a little testy. I didn’t eat any doughnuts. Then my hands and feet started to get cold and clammy. This was about 5pm when news started. Again, I got underneath a blanket on my recliner. This time, my hands and feet stayed cold tho warmer since the blanket got me warmer all around, but I could feel my entire body starting to get cold.…

I ate some watermelon with li hing mui powder. Strange, but soon after eating that, maybe because it was cold in my stomach, I started to get minor chills, hands and feet kine. So I reclined in the family room with a blanket. It went away after a while.

I had my radiation treatment this afternoon and then went to West Oahu for the ordered labs.

After getting home, I all of a sudden I got cold. My hands and feet and most of my body just got cold. But it wasn’t like the chills symptoms where it felt it was from the inside of my body and covering up with a blanket didn’t help. this one seemed like a topical coldness, and a blanket warmed me up just fine – slowly.

I had a 12:30pm dental (periodontal) follow-up appointment. Then my 4:10pm radiation treatment. Nothing abnormal with the visit, in and out pretty much.

I’ve been getting these short periods of both feeling slight chills as well as perspiring. Nothing extreme but abnormal. Feeling a bit sweaty when I’m in the house and it’s actually cool. Feeling colder than usual at times, to the point where my hands and feet are cold. I’m not sure where it’s coming from….
