Just a couple questions.

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting and I have no idea what I’m doing so I don’t mess anything up. I’m not Chamorro and I’ve never been to Guam, though I would absolutely love to. I find myself extremely drawn to Guam and I admire the culture greatly. I stumbled upon this site and registered and I was hoping some of you lovely folks might be able to help me answer a couple questions.
First, I was looking through the “Music Library” and I saw “Perry Borja” now since I’m not thoroughly informed about Chamorro names I don’t know if “Borja” is a very popular last name, so I was hoping someone could tell me if the Perry Borja listed in the music library is the one that produces music in Korea ( http://www.perry.co.kr/ ) or if it’s another Perry Borja who makes music.
Second, being someone so fond of the culture I was wondering if there’s anywhere I could go to learn how to speak Chamorro. I know that the language isn’t well known, so it’s not something offered in college classes or from local translators, so do any of you know where I could find a teacher/translator to help me learn the language?
Thank you in advanced, and I hope you all had wonderful holidays and a great new year~!

Oops, I meant “I hope I don’t mess anything up.” And I did mess up, oops.
Was I supposed to post it as “Alok Hafa Adai”? Sorry for messing that up, admins. D:

To answer your question, he is apparently the one and same Perry Borja. I googled his name along with “guam” and “music” and found this: http://www.crunchyroll.com/library/Perry . Not to say that that’s unequivocal confirmation, but the odds that someone of the exact same name associated with Guam as well as Korea and producing under the same label YG Productions (or whatever the title represents – production, or management, or agent) being a sheer coincidence is unlikely. It may be for a John Smith, but not for a Perry Borja.

Thank you very much, Royce! I wasn’t sure if there was any way to message you personally so I hope you see this, thank you for the information.
